Heroes Stage Design

Designed for “Heroes” series at In Focus Church in Evans, GA in 2008.

Essentials Stage Design

This was a fun project utilizing foam letter cutouts and plywood to create the illusion of stacked baby blocks. Giant baby mobiles were hung from ceiling above stage.

Battlefield Stage Design

Created an abstract design featuring metal pipes and tattered fabric that was burned for effect. Also implemented black lights and black light paint to really take the design to the next level.

Sex Talk Stage Design

Successfully created a simple design using truss, paper lanterns, and banners while keeping cost below $500.

Squared Stage Design

This stage design used only metal conduit and foam core board to create various squares, matching the overall design of the series.

Fantastic Plastic

Using white corrugated plastic hung from chains, my team and I were able to create a fairly inexpensive design. Lights and truss were re-used and kept the cost under $500.

Posh Pipes

Recreated the look of expensive LED tubes using plastic pipes. Stacked LED lights on truss for dramatic lighting effect. Check out the video to see the lights in action.

All Boxed Up

Complete redesign of the In Focus Church Auditorium. Expanded the look of the stage by removing middle screen and replacing with two wide screens on each side. Truss was suspended from ceiling in a fan shape and new lights were added. Simply used white cardboard boxes stacked at various levels for the backdrop.
