I am 21 years old living in Augusta, GA and working full-time at In Focus Church. I lead worship, design stuff and get to be a part of creating irresistible environments every week. It’s a pretty sick job. I love different nations and cultures. God ruined my heart for South Africa last year and I returned this year and had an even more life altering experience. I am humbled that God would use me in changing the world. I love people, living life and being real.

If it wasn’t for my mom and dad, I wouldn’t be here. I grew up in a Christian home, doing Christian things and learning to be Christian. I always tried to do everything right. I was the good kid. I was nice and I was safe. Last year I realized I didn’t want to be safe. I wanted to be recklessly devoted to God. I wanted to follow Him and not just follow the rules. He’s given me more than I could want and obedience definitely pays off. I can’t say I haven’t screwed up but I love the fact that His grace isn’t dependent on anything that I can do. I can’t wait to see what’s next but until then, this is my story - real and simple.
