How many email addresses do you have?
I have three:
1. For work (It only comes to the computer in my office)
2. For my blog (I check it once a day)
3. Personal (It comes to every computer I have, plus my phone. You know, just in case someone decides it’s more important to email an emergency instead of the ever-so-complicated phone call)

I have 3.5:
1: Personal
2: Work
3. Junk - I use this one whenever I have to sign up for an account to buy someting online or something like that. Then I don’t care if they sell it to spammers. I only check it if I’m expecting something specific.
3.5: I set up and help monitor the email address for the P&W team. I don’t have to check it all that often anymore, so that’s why it only counts for a half.

I have 4.
1. Personal, picked up everyday and comes to my phone.
2. Junk - I have an email designated for signing up for things when you MUST have an email.
3. Work - my own little personal company…for my jewelry
4. My alumni email - to keep up with alumni news and such.

1) for campus ministry
2) for church
3) for suspect websites and marketers
4) for the Blackberry, it forwards mail instantly to my phone
5) for my alma matter
6) for people I actually want to talk to
7) just for testing
