    i am with you.

    reason leads me to believe that, although sealed in “air tight” containers, a little bit of the carbonation (and the reaction such carbonation has with caramel coloring and high fructose corn syrup) leaks out.

    however, when coke syrup freshly mixes with uninhibited (what?) carbonation, a collision of magic occurs.

    I agree coke out of the fountain is soo much better. However, add a little cherry flavoring and then you have the BEST way a coke can be enjoyed.

    And I believe there is a difference. Just like there is a huge difference between a coke and a pepsi.
